One three-hour session, in depth, across six areas of how your business runs. You leave with a written audit and a clear order of what to tend first.
More people, a longer history, more to untangle? We shape a series of sessions over about a month: an opening audit, a midway session where we set up systems with you step by step, support in between, and a final review of your new workflow. We agree the value and the price together before anything starts.

What if I'm not technical?
That's exactly who this is for. You don't need experience with these tools to learn them. We work at your pace, on screen, with you in the driver's seat: you'll see where things are stored, how they're made, and how they're saved. If anything gets confusing, we pause and make sure you're back on track before we go on.
What happens on the free call?
A conversation where we really get to know you: what you do, where you want to go, where the friction is or what feels stuck, the tools you already use, and the tools you'd like to be using.
Why "from $250"?
It depends on where you are in your business. $250 is the starting point for a first look together. Many people need something more in-depth, and we prefer to work with people for three months at a time. We'll agree on the right shape and price with you on the free call, before anything starts.
Do I have to keep working with you?
No. You leave the first session able to act on your own, whether or not you build anything more with us.
Can you look after our Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace without the map?
Yes. Setup, security and management for either one can start straight from the free call, with a price agreed for your size and what's already in place.
We already have an IT provider. Does that matter?
Not at all. We work alongside existing providers often, and we'll say plainly where their work ends and ours begins. Our reviews are read-only and yours to share.
